Preparations for the 18th edition of Restaurant Week have begun with the call for Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit restaurants that wish to join this annual culinary event.

Organized by Vallarta Lifestyles Media Group, this festival that delights both residents and visitors of the destination will return to its traditional dates: from May 15th to June 10th, a period in which participating restaurants will be able to offer special menus at affordable prices.

“After two consecutive years of celebrating this event on a different date, we are finally ready to return to our usual dates. Our main objective is continuing encouraging residents and visitors to go to their favorite restaurants and/or to discover new gastronomic proposals”, said Luis Mendoza, chief operations officer of Vallarta Lifestyles Media Group.

Restaurant Week invites the region’s restaurants to get the membership. The registration is already open and will run through March 10th, 2022. For more information about requirements and guidelines, call (322) 221-0106 or email .

About Restaurant Week

Restaurant Week provides diners in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit with the opportunity to enjoy fixed-price, innovative, three-course menus (with three options each) at some of the most prestigious restaurants in the destination. The event is inspired by other culinary festivals that take place all over the world and its first edition was held in 2005. From then on, it has positioned itself as one of the foodies’ favorite events.

Restaurant Week has happened every year with the support of the national and international promotion of the Puerto Vallarta Tourism Board, as well as Riviera Nayarit Visitors and Conventions Bureau.

The 18th edition of Restaurant Week promises to feature the best local restaurants, which will be offering menus divided into three price categories: $299, $399 and $499 MXN per person. Fees don’t include drinks nor tips. The list of participating restaurants and menus will be available on restaurantweekpv.com and facebook.com/RestaurantWeekPV by the beginning of May 2022.

“When I first opened my gallery in 1986, my relationship with Vallarta Lifestyles started for the need of people to know me and, because it is one of the very few quality publications in the destination, I decided to advertise in it. There are clients that still remember me for the magazine, with whom I have had several years of relationship.”

“Vallarta Lifestyles speaks for itself, it’s a good quality publication with great image, that’s why we have advertised since we started our business. Without any doubt, it is the most read magazine. Its articles and advertising are target to the audience we’re looking for. Vallarta Lifestyles has grown the same way Puerto Vallarta has.”

"Vallarta Lifestyles is very similar to The Agency, we have a similar client base, [residents and tourists] who seek for information about the topics that are featured in each issue; lifestyle, restaurants, and architecture, among others. And, because the way your magazines are located, we can really capture the clients we want."
