From April 15th to 18th, 2021, Riviera Nayarit will host the LXX Campeonato Nacional Infantil-Juvenil de Golf (70th National Children-Youth Golf Championship) / International Edition, which is presented by Carlos Ortiz, one of the two best Mexican players and a participant in the PGA.

According to the National Children Youth Committee of the FMG (Mexican Golf Federation), this tournament (the oldest in the children youth category of the federation) will be host on the Greg Norman Signature and Nayar Golf courses, both at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta, as well as in the Flamingos Golf Club.

“We are confident that the tournament will be a complete success that will exceed tall expectations of the federation. In addition, players are traveling with their families looking for enjoying an incredible destination such as Riviera Nayarit,” said Jesús Carmona, president of the Banderas Bay Hotel and Motel Association (AHMBB).

It is estimated that around 250 players between 6 and 18 years old will participate in this tournament, who are from countries such as Guatemala, Colombia, Chile, and Costa Rica.

Many renowned players such as Carlos Ortiz, Álvaro Ortiz, María Fassi, Isabella Fierro and Gaby López, among others, have participated in this golf championship before.
