The business news site Business Insider recently published 13 of the best places to visit if you’re planning a vacation in February and Puerto Vallarta appears in the selection. The other destinations include tropical beaches and winter heavens around the world such as Maui, Hawaii; Cape Town, South Africa; Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; Abisko, Sweden; Park City, Utah and Curaçao in the Caribbean.

Puerto Vallarta is appointed as “one of Mexico’s premier beach towns with the perfect weather” and the author encourages readers to visit in February, before the spring break season. A picture of Playa Escondida (Hidden Beach) in the Marietas Islands heads the Puerto Vallarta feature.
