Puerto Vallarta Nominated for the Food and Travel Reader Awards

The travel and lifestyle specialized publication Food and Travel Mexico announced nominees for its Reader Awards 2018, featuring Puerto Vallarta in the categories Best Destination and Best Gourmet Destination.

“Being featured in the list of Best Destinations in Mexico is such an honor for Puerto Vallarta, which has consolidated its touristic offer in recent years with new hotels that feature excellent amenities, as well as high-quality touristic services, followed by natural attractions, safety for travelers and the well-known hospitality of its people,” highlighted Javier Aranda, Puerto Vallarta’s Tourism Board director.

In addition, Casa Velas hotel (Marina Vallarta) is competing for Best Beach Boutique Hotel and Maiavé Spa at Sheraton Buganvilias Resort and Convention Center was featured for Best Spa. By its part, Riviera Nayarit has two candidates for the awards in the category Best Beach Resort with Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita and The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort.

Everyone can vote for their favorites until October 20 and winners will be announced November 15 at a private dinner in Mexico City. You can see the complete list of nominees at this link and vote here.
