In view of the growing real estate and tourism development in the region of Puerto Vallarta, the need arises to name and facilitate access to a new lifestyle that promotes wellbeing. Estudio 3.14, together with Vallarta’s society, will launch Care Lifestyle, a research project that gathers the opinions of society on the global discussion of orderly growth.

Care Lifestyle: A Global Approach to Development

Care Lifestyle is a research project on a lifestyle that focuses on caring for oneself, others, and the environment. This concept creates a conscious and caring society, prioritizing health, well-being, care for others, and care for our natural environment above all else.

The concept “Care” emerges from academic theories and global practical experiences, which argue that economic development goes hand in hand with human development and well-being. This innovative proposal comprises different concepts such as the ethics of care, the science of well-being and sustainability.

Estudio 3.14 is Leading this Research Project

Under the slogan “Improving the world by transforming space,” Estudio 3.14 is recognized as a Mexican company of innovation for design and architecture, which has carried out urban, real estate and hospitality projects throughout Mexico, and leads this research project based on 3 important axes:

  • Projects with purpose
  • Environmental sustainability
  • Social sustainability

Research Project: Care Lifestyle in Puerto Vallarta

Following up on this research project, a series of conferences, colloquiums, surveys and publications will be carried out hand in hand with the Vallarta’s society; all these co-creation activities will lay the foundations to provide feedback on what it is and how to have access to this innovative lifestyle.

The first activity will take place on Wednesday, October 12th, 2022 at 6:30pm with the inaugural conference “Care Lifestyle: Humanizing the Puerto Vallarta’s Development,” which will be given by Leonardo Díaz Borioli, professor at the University of Guadalajara, creative director of Estudio 3.14 and doctor of philosophy in the history of architecture and urban form.

This conference will take place at Los Mangos Library and it will be a preliminary presentation of the information that has been obtained on the Care Lifestyle and, additionally, there will be a space for some dynamics where the attendees will provide their feedback on the definition of what it is and how it can be implemented and have access to this lifestyle in Puerto Vallarta.

This event is free, open to the community and the participation of everyone is expected.

Richard Bartholomew
General Manager
The Agency Punta de Mita

"Vallarta Lifestyles is very similar to The Agency, we have a similar client base, [residents and tourists] who seek for information about the topics that are featured in each issue; lifestyle, restaurants, and architecture, among others. And, because the way your magazines are located, we can really capture the clients we want."

Elengorn Realtors

“Vallarta Lifestyles has readers from Punta de Mita to Mismaloya and beyond, so announcing my business, means the positioning and recognition of my agency throughout the region. The contents of the magazine are very interesting, because they provide relevant information about activities in the destination. I am pleased to see it at hotels, restaurants and galleries, but what excites me the most is to see people with their issue in hand. That is really relevant for us.”

“Among other things, Vallarta Lifestyles stands out for its strong presence throughout our destination, from five stars hotels to brand new condominiums, where they finally find the type of clients that we look for. For all of us is very important to be in print media to strengthen our advertising strategy and this magazine is essential to achieve it.”
