Puerto Vallarta is preparing for the return of the highly anticipated 15th edition of the Ceviche and Aguachile Festival. This culinary event promises to be a feast for the senses with over 60 tempting varieties of these fresh and flavorful dishes.

The event will take place on Sunday, January 28th, 2024, at Puerto Vallarta’s Parque Hidalgo. From 12:00pm to 8:00pm, the culinary prowess of some of our destination’s finest seafood restaurants will be on display. As you stroll through this vibrant event, expect to be immersed in a sea of flavors, with each booth offering a unique twist on these coastal dishes.

Beyond the seafood delights, the festival will feature local beverage brands, craft beers, and bakeries for a diverse culinary experience. In addition, attendees can enjoy live entertainment and music, creating a lively atmosphere.

One of the highlights of the festival is the Ceviche and Aguachile Competition, where guest chefs serve as judges. Participating restaurants compete for the prestigious title of the three best local recipes, raising the culinary stakes and inspiring creativity in every bite.

For seafood lovers and those looking for a day filled with flavor, the 15th Ceviche and Aguachile Festival is a must-attend event that offers the perfect blend of culinary excellence and coastal charm.

“There are lots of reasons why we have advertised in Vallarta Lifestyles for several years. One of them is that they know pretty well their target, because they know who are their readers and they adapt as much as possible the content and material that is offered. For these reasons they have a growing number of readers which is very important for us. Another reason is that many people  —including us— think that the magazine has been as a serious publication since its beginnings. Historically, Vallarta Lifestyles has known how to capture the audience and has done it pretty well."

“Vallarta Lifestyles has readers from Punta de Mita to Mismaloya and beyond, so announcing my business, means the positioning and recognition of my agency throughout the region. The contents of the magazine are very interesting, because they provide relevant information about activities in the destination. I am pleased to see it at hotels, restaurants and galleries, but what excites me the most is to see people with their issue in hand. That is really relevant for us.”

“Since its beginnings and until today, the quality in photography and editorial design of Vallarta Lifestyles is unrivaled, because there’s nothing similar in this region of Mexico. Besides, to the foreign community that visit us, this magazine is essential if they want to know what’s new and what’s going on in our destination.”
