Pul…que?

What started as a “I’m just going to try it now” has become a regular visit to places and establishments where you can find this traditional Mexican drink. Pulque is a drink of pre-Hispanic origin that is made from the fermentation of the mucilage (popularly known in Mexico as aguamiel), which is obtained from the agave plant.
