PuRR Project Bingo is Back

The PuRR Project’s ongoing bingo events are back for the winter season, the first of which will take place Wednesday, November 23 starting at 4:30 pm, at Margarita Grill. For several years, the no-kill feline rescue shelter has organized bingo gatherings to raise funds to benefit the 150+ cats residing at their sanctuary.

To keep things interesting, local businesses donate great prizes for a good cause. For example, $200 peso gift certificates from kaiser Maximilian, Starbucks and Derby City Burgers; bottles of tequila and wine, jewelry, artwork, and much more. In addition, Margarita Grill makes food and drink menu items available at special prices for bingo players.

Bingo cards go on sale at 4:30 pm, and the game begins at 5. Margarita Grill is located at the corner of Basilio Vadillo and Pino Suárez streets in Emiliano Zapata. For more information about the PuRR Project, please visit their website, or like their Facebook page.
