Stacked Roasted Beet from Barcelona Tapas

It is decorated with toasted pecans, a tangerine cream along with some segments, as well as a touch of pesto. To complement the acid accents of this dish, the chef recommends a citrus white wine to balance the explosion of flavors on the palate. And their classic Sangría is always an excellent option to whet the appetite or accompany the meal.
