Typical Snacks at the Puerto Vallarta’s Malecón
Entire families come together at the Puerto Vallarta’s Malecón to stroll during the afternoon-night and enjoy the breeze and appreciate the always striking bronze sculptures.
At the end of this tour, after passing in the Aquiles Serdán Amphitheater, something very peculiar happens, because this place brings together colors, smells, flavors and textures.
On the stretch of boardwalk near the Naval Historical Museum of Puerto Vallarta begins a series of food stalls where they offer everything from traditional Mexican snacks, to fruits and desserts.
Here the variety of snacks is ideal for all tastes and some of the most popular foods are roasted corn, esquites (corn kernels in glass, served with cream, mayonnaise and chile powder), as well as sausages and chips, among many others.
On the other hand, those looking to seduce their palate with something sweet opt for fried bananas accompanied by jam or condensed milk, as well as delicious crepes with a variety of fillings to choose from and traditional strawberries with cream.
Enjoy them!
