Uncork Mexico Kicks Off 2018 with Wine Tasting Events

The wine concierge service Uncork Mexico has increased the number of events and tasting themes over the last few months. They have even created a “Pairing Mexican Wines and Cheeses” tasting theme, which has become quite popular. In the tasting, they pair wines from Baja California and cheeses from small producers in Querétaro, combining the best of those two worlds.
