River Café Honors Mango and Garlic with Special Menu

The local restaurant River Cafe has announced a limited-time, four-course menu perfect for saluting summer as is inspired in two seasonal ingredients: mango and garlic. This special will be available until July 31st and is priced at $399 pesos per person.

Find below the options for each course:

Amuse Bouche

  • Garlic confit with mango chutney and bell pepper served with plain crostini.

Appetizer

  • Caesar Salad

Bacon reggiano and garlic grissini with anchovy and garlic dressing.

  • Double Garlic Cream Soup

With potato and chipotle aiolí.

Main course

  • Grilled Filet Mignon

With garlic slices served with bacon baked potato and vegetables.

  • Garlic Penne Pasta

Roasted garlic, pancetta and green peas with creamy garlic sauce.

  • Grilled Chicken Breast

With 40 garlic cloves cream sauce, over mashed potato and organic vegetables.

Dessert

  • Brandy Glazed Fresh Mango

Over vanilla ice cream

  • Cheese and Mango Pie

With tropical fruit sauce and vanilla ice cream
