San Pancho Music Festival Around the Corner

As in years past, the last weekend in February is dedicated to the San Pancho Music Festival. This year marks its sixteenth anniversary, with sunset concerts on two stages at San Pancho’s main plaza (Plaza del Sol) on February 26, 27 and 28. Last year’s concerts were enjoyed by over 3,000 attendees, making it one of the largest crowds to attend the festival since its inception. As usual, there will be plenty of stands around the plaza selling food, beverages, arts and crafts and other local products.

The event includes performances by Andy Crawford, Assel Bainazarova, Chas Eller, David Fisher, Fausto Robles, Frida’s Eyebrow, Huanacaxtle Music, James Gelfan, Jeff Oster, Jenna Mammina, Joe Hadlock, Juan-Ted, Los Compas, Maria The Mexican and Martín Montenegro, among others.

“The most important thing about this festival is the fact that musicians practically donate their talent and this isn’t the norm—even though in San Pancho this happens because of its unique vibe,” commented Marc Murphy, Managing Director of the Riviera Nayarit Convention and Visitors Bureau. “We invite everyone to enjoy the music but also to consume our local products and take home event souvenirs.”

The event is possible thanks to the generosity of the musicians, but also thanks to the work put in by the organizers as well as the support of the volunteers and the sponsors, among them, the Riviera Nayarit CVB Groups and Events department.

“There are lots of reasons why we have advertised in Vallarta Lifestyles for several years. One of them is that they know pretty well their target, because they know who are their readers and they adapt as much as possible the content and material that is offered. For these reasons they have a growing number of readers which is very important for us. Another reason is that many people  —including us— think that the magazine has been as a serious publication since its beginnings. Historically, Vallarta Lifestyles has known how to capture the audience and has done it pretty well."

“One of the biggest benefits of advertising our business in Vallarta Lifestyles is the presence of our brand aimed to the audience we are looking for. It is a reliable and professional magazine that has helped us with the marketing of our restaurant several times, through well done photography or articles. We feel that we understand each other.”

“Among other things, Vallarta Lifestyles stands out for its strong presence throughout our destination, from five stars hotels to brand new condominiums, where they finally find the type of clients that we look for. For all of us is very important to be in print media to strengthen our advertising strategy and this magazine is essential to achieve it.”
